The Mitsubishi TENSEI 1K Pro Hybrid is a mid launch, mid spin hybrid shaft built on Mitsubishi’s premium 1K single-ply carbon fiber construction engineered to carry the feel and stability of the TENSEI 1K Pro wood shaft family directly into hybrid applications. It features a counterbalanced structure that shifts weight toward the handle to promote more clubhead acceleration and a higher, more consistent ball flight, with super-premium 1K carbon fiber integrated into the handle section for a smoother, more stable feel than previous TENSEI hybrid models. Unlike the TENSEI 1K Pro Wood series which comes in multiple performance-coded colors, the Pro Hybrid uses a single unified silver band design representing the best characteristics of all Pro colors combined into one optimised hybrid profile. Available in 60 and 70 series weight classes across R through X flex. Best suited for players already playing TENSEI 1K Pro wood shafts who want a seamless feel match in their hybrid.

Compared to the TENSEI 1K Black Hybrid (low launch, low spin, very stiff construction), the 1K Pro Hybrid sits higher on the launch spectrum with a more accessible mid-launch profile making it the better choice for players who want TENSEI 1K quality in their hybrid without the demanding, suppressed ball flight of the Black. Compared to the MMT Hybrid (metal mesh technology, mid launch, steel-like feedback), the 1K Pro Hybrid delivers a smoother, more traditional graphite feel through the swing while maintaining similar launch and spin numbers. Players on a budget who want a mid-launch hybrid option within the TENSEI family should consider the TENSEI AV Series Blue Hybrid, while players wanting a lower-spinning premium option should look at the Kai’li White Hybrid.
