C6 BLACK Hybrid shafts are available in a stunning new cosmetic and feature a unique profile designed to deliver smooth feel and consistency.

For the first time C6 Hybrid and Iron shafts have been broken out into individual parts for to allow for ease of fitting. The new C6 Hybrid shafts feature a striking updated black cosmetic and provide a smooth release and wide versatility in a mid-launch, mid-spin profile.

The Mitsubishi C6 ’22 Black Hybrid Shaft is a mid launch, mid spin hybrid and iron shaft built on the same design philosophy as the C6 wood series optimizing frequency, weight, torque, and profile to produce consistent, versatile performance across a wide range of swing speeds and player types. Offered in a 42 inch, 0.370″ parallel tip structure, it is designed specifically for hybrid and iron applications and delivers a balanced ball flight that neither over-launches nor suppresses trajectory. The C6 ’22 update refines the original C6 Black’s profile with tighter tolerances and improved consistency. Well suited for swing speeds ranging from moderate to fast, making it one of the most accessible premium hybrid shaft options in the Mitsubishi lineup.

Compared to the MMT Hybrid (Mitsubishi’s metal mesh technology hybrid shaft), the C6 ’22 Black delivers a more traditional graphite feel and a slightly more active tip, while the MMT’s braided stainless steel construction produces a firmer, more steel-like feedback and tighter torsional stability for players transitioning from steel. Compared to the TENSEI AV Series hybrid options (slightly higher launch with a stiffer construction), the C6 ’22 Black is a more accessible, all-swing-speed option that doesn’t require an aggressive or fast tempo to perform effectively. Players needing a lower-spinning, more stable hybrid profile should look at the Kai’li White Hybrid, while players needing more launch and carry should consider the TENSEI AV Blue or Kai’li Red hybrid.
